Affiliate Integration Overview

CreatorChat integrates with your existing affiliate programs to use your links and report on their performance.

The affiliate programs provide tooling for automating this process.

What we need

We require access to the affiliate program APIs.

It is recommended to use an admin level account to obtain the APIs.

Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes.

How Linking Works

For products with an existing link, we use your affiliate account tooling to append a reference (subID). This enables precise tracking of clicks, conversions, and revenue driven by CreatorChat.

We observe existing link structures from your website and apply subreferences using vacant empty slots. In the event that vacant subref slots are not available throughout all your programmes, we will apply a uniform approach and only use one subref.

Not ready to integrate?

We can amend your existing links and request manual reporting end of month.

Tracking & Reporting

Our approach is built around clean, reliable reporting. By appending subIDs to each link, we can accurately track performance and attribute revenue back to CreatorChat.

We only access and process data necessary for this purpose. While the level of access requested may technically allow broader visibility, we do not use any unrelated data. If gathering it is unavoidable, it is automatically deleted from our systems.

Transparency & Payments

All transactions are fully itemised, giving you clear visibility into performance and earnings across networks such as AWIN, CJ, and Skimlinks. This ensures you always understand exactly how much revenue CreatorChat is generating for you.

We will generate a deeplink through your programs. We prioritise:

• Your existing direct partnerships

• Your connected subnetworks
