CREATORCHAT — PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how Busy Bots Ltd (trading as CreatorChat) (“CreatorChat”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through the CreatorChat conversational commerce service (the “Service”) embedded on the websites of our publishing partners (“Publishers”).

1.2 CreatorChat provides the technology layer. The Publisher operates the website you are visiting and its own relationship with you, and has its own privacy policy that governs that relationship. Where CreatorChat handles information solely on the Publisher’s behalf and on its instructions, CreatorChat acts as a processor / service provider to the Publisher; where CreatorChat processes de-identified usage data it acts as a controller for that limited activity.

1.3 By design, the Service seeks to avoid collecting personal data. This policy nonetheless describes, transparently, the categories of information involved and the rights that apply if any information relating to an identifiable person is processed.

2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INFORMATION

Controller (for CreatorChat’s own de-identified analytics and product development):

Busy Bots Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, company number 15299023. Contact: hello@creatorchat.live.

For information processed on behalf of a Publisher, the Publisher is the controller and its privacy policy applies. These can be found on the host website of the publisher.

3. WHAT INFORMATION WE PROCESS

3.1 Usage Data (de-identified). Information about how the Service is used: the questions asked, the responses shown, the products and links engaged with, and technical signals such as device type, browser, and session activity. We take commercially reasonable steps to collect and store this in de-identified form and do not attempt to associate it with an identifiable individual.

3.2 Aggregated Data. Statistical datasets and insights derived from Usage Data. Aggregated Data does not identify you. We maintain and use Usage Data and Aggregated Data only in de-identified or aggregated form, do not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law to test the effectiveness of our de-identification.

3.3 Cookies and similar technologies. The Service and the Publisher’s site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, measurement, and analytics. These are governed by the Publisher’s cookie notice and consent tool; see Section 7.
